CEMENT-BASED PLASTER WORKS
To determine the curvature of the facades, lighthouses are initially constructed. A high-quality cement-sand mortar is prepared based on the beacons, and plastering work is first carried out on the facade. After the plastered wall has completely dried and gained strength, a layer of facing plaster is applied along with a 4x4 (5x5) hollow alkaline fiberglass reinforcing mesh. The purpose of applying a layer of facing plaster is to prevent the appearance of small cracks that may occur in the future on the facade and to make the facade even more even. If desired, depending on the area where the building is located, after plastering, a special layer of penetrating primer is applied. Thanks to this, cement-based facade plaster becomes stronger and more resistant to moisture. After the primer layer, you can apply either a fiberglass facade mesh with a simple facade cladding or a special moisture-resistant white cement-based facade plaster. After this, in accordance with the architecture, if necessary, installation of various decorations on the facade is carried out. Installed decorations can be made of mineral wool, EPS, or ready-made EPS Thermoaglays. After installing the decor, the entire surface of the facade is treated with a special layer of polymer-containing primer. Depending on the architectural image, the final layer can be decorative plaster, paint, or artificial concrete. As the last layer, apply at least 2 layers of silicone, facade paints based on silicate-silicone.
